I've already been asked several times by basically complete strangers how much the house is worth. 

These are not conventional loans based upon a pile of anonymous loan docs from strangers you never see.

How many strangers did that guy stop and hold hands with, or share a drink with?

We have a tenant-landlord relationship already, so we aren't strangers, but nor are we really familiar with one another.

If the discerning pair want much more should I try to partner with them (they're complete strangers to me) or just walk away?

it doesn't matter if i'm working on my business or picking up groceries for my mother or shopping for things for my wife or helping a stranger in the street - FOR ME - it's about P R O D U C T I V I T Ydepression is a matter of the mind.

I have to be creative like I never have been...I have to approach strangers out of the blue to get the information I need to move forward, to pursue properties that a lot of the time are a waste of my time...but that is the nature of what I do.

Better that it is a stranger that does so.

Besides, it is just not a good idea from a liability standpoint to be in an occupied unit with strangers.
