Easy Real Estate Investing
does not really exist....I am finding it to be the most challenging life choice I've probably ever pursued. Partly because I am truly self employed and no one is holding my hand...no one will be handing me a check at the end of the week for my efforts if I fail or if I'm just learning...I have no assistant...no mentor...no boss.
I have to be creative like I never have been...I have to approach strangers out of the blue to get the information I need to move forward, to pursue properties that a lot of the time are a waste of my time...but that is the nature of what I do. It's a lot of relationship building...a lot of creative research, hunting, networking.
I must create my own opportunities. It's work. WORK. It ain't easy trying to make it in REI.
