A stranger occupied my property which is in market for rent without consent in Detroit Michigan.How do I move this stranger out immediately? 

If the only indication that he is difficult is not wanting to send his ID to a stranger on Facebook, I wouldn't blame him. 

I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath and was thinking of rooming 2 together since I know a private bathroom is a must when rooming with a stranger. 

They are about to move out and I’m nervous to rent to a stranger in the future with this same policy.

The fact that you are asking this question of strangers instead of your PM indicates you have an amateur managing your property.

It's very rare that somebody just gets randomly shot 9 times by a stranger.

Be careful following the advice of strangers on the information superhighway.

Or just strangers off the street you met at a REI group? 

I'd decide what is reasonable in the market that you want to invest in and create a strategy around that- not what a stranger (who, very likely has never done a deal) says on the internet.Best of luck- happy investing!
