I have a full time job in Santa Monica so I need to stay within a drivable distance.My full time job is online marketing and I am a graphic designer by trade.

This is a very analytical role which also requires using Excel and Tableau to translate my findings into visualizations and graphics for line of business heads and upper management.I'd be so thrilled if someone could expose me to a position I'm not aware of that could blend my skill set with my passions and give me an opportunity to further my knowledge in the subject matter. 

I could find deals as a bird dog and/or provide graphic/web design in exchange for being shown the ropes.

It would be great if this were available in an easy-to-assess graphical form.

For instance - are you interested in capturing leads, using it more to showcase previous work, need MLS integration, etc?
