It will be interesting to see how all of the marketing dollars invested in procuring accredited investors will be recouped or monetized by the marketplaces.  

But I am stuck on being able to come up with the initial investment to procure this rental so I can start on my way.

@Michael Campbell  Well there are certainly ways to improve the screening, but there will always be the potential for a problem if you are the tenant procurer.

If you don't have these basics, then you need to look at an alternative means to finance and/or procure the funds to get a deal and this is only skimming the the complexity of buying an investment property.

I think the key is to have buyers with their own methods of procuring purchases before they hit the standard market, otherwise the business will be short-lived.Am looking forward to your PM, appreciate your input!
