Just listings though.If you are wanting to find deals and assign them to investors, you don't need a licence for that.

I don't know what the sales price is, so using fictitious numbers if the house is $100K, assuming market value didn't change of the course of a year), buyer 1 would have paid $85K and buyer 2 is paying $102K...even after the $3462, you are still much further ahead.

I'm work for my family's business that owns some commercial properties, and now I have also obtained a real estate salesperson license and have affiliated with a brokerage firm.With Georgia real estate licence regulations, am I allowed to continue managing and leasing my family's property as a salaried employee of the family business (no commissions from leasing activity) without signing any agreements or with the broker I am affiliated with?

I have a no smoking clause in the lease and because we're in Aurora the city forces the tenant and landlord to sign a Crime Free Addendum which has to be signed and returned to the city in order for me to obtain my landlord licence from the city.
