This is no different than realtors who don't like investors because of the sheer volume of time they might spend for no deal, but if they stick it out and that investor does volume, the realtor that stuck it out, will greatly benefit. 

I believe he said it would be something like a tax on every transaction but it would only be like a penny or a fraction of a penny because of their immense volume.   

As soon as I see volume shrink I started buying, markets started rising in Sydney and Melbourne.

Actually American investors are extremely active abroad, especially in Germany where they account for a very significant volume of CRE transactions. 

Use a company that has flexible spending options and no high volume spend minimum.

My tenants are seeing just low volume puddling so I am hoping if we treat this right away we won't need to get to a point where we're replacing floors.

I have noticed the same thing, but chalked it up to the increased volume of posts combined with people not reporting them/ the mods not seeing everything. 

For me Downtown Detroit/City of Detroit is a volume game, for now.

Second they work with houses that fit their criteria such that they can get volume deals on materials, which they warehouse locally, and they are working towards implementing streamlining procedures for picking and shipping for maintenance and rehab jobs.

I'm curious if it really is an easy fix or has it caused investors heartburn after buying a property.
