Missing Support Post found on property inpsection
Hello, I have a property under contract and got the inspection done this morning. Still about 7 days under the inspection period on the contract. The only serious finding seems to be a support post missing in the basement. The seller and inspector are making it seem like an easy fix/no big deal. Has anyone dealt with an issue like this before? I'm curious if it really is an easy fix or has it caused investors heartburn after buying a property. Any feedback appreciated.
