Hello iam from israel help me to start in USA real estate

my only obstacle is the distance ofcurse.

i know there is many companies that help you with that.

so my questions are:

1. do you suggest to find real estate company in my own country (israel) or in usa

2. if someone here from israel read this post can you suggest me for company you know very well

3. if you got any tips for me how to start and where should i start first and what type of real estate 

i would love to hear that ty.

@Cody L. I can answer only for Israel as I am an Israeli that immigrated to the US about three years ago.
The reason Israeli's are interested in investing in the US is because there aren't any good investment opportunities in Israel. The stock market is slow and manipulated by big investment/insurance firms. Government has over-regulated the real estate market to de-motivate real estate investors in order to slow down the price increases. This means that buying the 1st property over X USD is taxed, second property is taxed by 8% and up from the first dollar. Closing costs are expensive. The annual returns for real estate in Israel is below 5%. You need at least 30% down for a mortgage and it's very difficult to find a property that costs less than $300,000.
