Why isn't there an avatar with my profile information and links to the inbox etc. at the top of the page, like literally every other website on earth?

@Neil Duggan I decided to give Zibo a try, and I have not had a great experience so far.Tenant submitted payment, yet I was not able to see it in my profile.

If you look at my profile I have updated it to reflect my current holdings.

The rates are slightly higher than typical bank rate but with limited docs needed and the ability to do this with little oversight on your personal profile and taking a look at it form an asset standpoint, this would be the quicker, easier route.
