When it comes to the market specifically, prices vary depending on square footage and proximity to Bridge Street (main business street).

House is located in the Bellmawr NJ area, VERY close to Philadelphia about 6 miles across the Walt Whitman bridge. 

I live in South Jersey about 15 minutes over the bridge from Philadelphia.
