Hello,

I'm a piano teacher that lives in Seattle looking to purchase a small multifamily building (duplex to quadraplex) as a way to stop rent from holding me back financially,  and perhaps bring in a little income someday. I'm just starting this process, so I'm still learning what I need to do to navigate the system and make this happen!
