It allows you to peak behind the curtain and see lots of great analytics and other fine details.  

At its peak, it is usually near a market top.

Mine peaked at about 2.5X my equity and I have been working to reduce it recently.

We actually helped encourage him to graduate High School early, receive a scholarship and told him good bye.
