Is this worth holding onto?? Husband Bought in 2006: 1b/1ba 750 sq feet on soma district of SF for 645,000 Current mortgage: 515,000 Could sell for 730,000 ( I say 720, husband says 740) Expenses: Ins 51 
Vac 0 Repairs: nothing till now( replacing floors this year)

Mort+ PT 4050 
Parking 282 Current rent: 3850 Area crashed hard in 2009. Tons of foreclosures and short sales CoC minus 1100/mo With tax interest savings = $1500 positive per year This property is killing me!!! Do we sell it?? Would make after closing costs and real estate fees:
