Has anyone purchased from the Peak Group and used them for property management? 

Invested with Four Peaks Partners 8 years ago in a MHP.

@Bill B. yes a good AI platform will keep a DNC list and or scrub for DNC and prevent communication from happening in the future. 

We would also like to know some strategies on lease renewals during non peak months.

It’s a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, just one block from the ski slopes and four blocks from downtown.The current owner has been renting it out for $30,000 per month during the peak winter and summer seasons.

What’s your occupancy rate during peak and off-peak seasons?
