@Mark PedrozaHelloWell just to tell you thatvthe whole probate process got in our favor, the descendent family, whwre fighting in court in front of the judge, and the widow said that she did not approve their manners.So the judge apointed to me and said, "you have 30 days ro find your Financing and close on this property, if you can't, then move out."

While SEC's definition of sophisticated investor is pretty vague, you have to make the best of it "...All non-accredited investors, either alone or with a purchaser representative, must be sophisticated—that is, they must have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment..."

Also do not waste time trying to fight the system, if a building inspector will not allow a tiny home it is because it is not to their building codes so no way you will change their minds.
