@Steven Stepter They make it really easy............go to your favorite lawyer or Legalzoom to form the LLC, Take the binder when available and open a bank account-then go do your deal.

It can easily be stopped by removing the source of moisture and cleaning.Even if you have "black mold" all that tells you is there is mold and it is black in color.
