@Rick OaksIf you have like a rent a center place or short term rental company in the area they will typically deliver and remove when needed.

Due to set back and easements the retail center cannot be built wide so less tenants, but it has lots of area for parking so thinking of retail at level 1 and office tenants on level 2.

I would say stop by to our meetup and although it is centered around out of state, many people with different investing focuses come by so you will find someone you want to ask a 100 questions to and it's always good to network.

Good school district, convenient to the big employment centers in the area, well kept neighborhood for the most part and a low(ish) tax rate for the area of 2.375%.
