Orange County Newbie

Hi all! I'm a wanting to get into REI this year and am interested in making some connections within the community. My field is in medicine (I am a Physician Assistant) so this is all very foreign but nonetheless exciting!

I'm especially interested in meeting wholesalers here in OC, it seems like this area (and California in general) is a much different beast than anywhere else. I'd love to shadow someone who wholesales and/or flips. 

Ideally I'd like to purchase a duplex or other small multifamily unit to fix up and live in! I just finished the BP Real Estate 101 Modules and I'm super excited for what the future holds. Looking forward to learning and connecting!
