Airbnb refrigerator broke

We have several Airbnb rentals. We had a refrigerator break. Repair company had to order parts and due to holiday several days passed before it can be fixed. Tenant is only there for 10 days and is not happy. We ended up getting a mini fridge to hold over for the last few days. What is the best way to handle this for the future?

If you have like a rent a center place or short term rental company in the area they will typically deliver and remove when needed.
