Do you really want to send 1000000000 mailers just to have 50% to 80% send back to you deliverable, to which you now have to spend more money skip trace these leads and resend them to which again 30% return undeliverable?

As other folks on this thread have mentioned, don’t skip out on due diligence.

I’m using Podio as my free CRM (brought to you by flip with Rick😉) There’s a plethora of service providers and it’s hard to choose which one I want for skip tracing, list pulling… Hey even dialing and SMS.

You will have to deal with skip tracing, buying list filtering list, tracking mailers, and all this for a really lousy response rate.Why not PPCPotentially expensive, can be complicated for a newbie, need to create landing pages and you may not know how to.FB ads(same as above.But if you hired a pro, it is pretty much guaranteed you WILL get leads with minimal effort that are of MUCH higher motivation via PPC or PCC.If you want to get started so you can grow and establish yourself, don't wing the start.
