Hello Giants! I am starting my whole selling journey.
I interned for a real estate investor here in Vegas not long ago... I got to cold call and did some Steve Trang & John Martinez sales training. I’m currently reading recommendation I got here on the BP forums but I am having a little trouble on what kind of service providers to use.
I have reserves but not like the big shots! Every dollar counts... I’m using Podio as my free CRM (brought to you by flip with Rick😉)
There’s a plethora of service providers and it’s hard to choose which one I want for skip tracing, list pulling… Hey even dialing and SMS. Without killing my pockets-then again scared money don't make money. I’m solo by the way.
