Hello, I'm basically just trying to feel the waters out a bit.We are planning (hoping) for my wife to leave her corporate job in January.

Would like to eventually be able to do it full time and leave my job.

Or is having a full time job probably not worth it.

But I get what you're saying that the NPN game is a full time job and requires a heavy capital and time investment.

If you served them properly you should be able to schedule a court date for eviction.

There's no rule that says you even have to have a job to get a loan - the only real requirement is reasonable expectation of repayment.

I like the fact that you are sticking with your job while you build your real estate business.
