Starting out after buying my first home
This would be my first investment besides my house which has like 35k in equity. I don't make very much ($22k/year). So I'm wondering what would be the best type of real estate investing to get into? Houses around me average like 80k. So flipping might not be the best? I was also looking into getting a duplex and renting out both sides. Would like to eventually be able to do it full time and leave my job.
