I can assist you on performing notes, if that is what you are looking for.  I've created and sold over 4000 since 2010.  I'd be happy to send an email to you with the due diligence that goes into the loan creation with borrower validation, valuation, and organization of each borrower and what to look for as a performing note buyer.  Thanks!
