Hello everyone, newer investor asking for some advice on how to put a deal together for a flip.

I want to learn how to rehab homes to either fix/flip or rentals, I prefer rentals.

Recent article in Dallas business journal states Dallas is among the worst markets for flipping at a paltry 29% gross return on investment for the past quarter.

He's a guy I know in Brigham City that flips homes.  

With that said I typically make it to the Brandon TBREIA, Lakeland Flip savage, PCREIA, and occasionally the exchange meeting, Larry's Monday night meeting, TBREIA main meeting, SERIA, and a few others. 

I am also interested in multi-family properties as well as flipping houses.
