Recent article in Dallas business journal states Dallas is among the worst markets for flipping at a paltry 29% gross return on investment for the past quarter. Pittsburgh and Baton Rouge were among the best. Hawaii (in case you're considering flipping here @Brandon Turner) was the worst. National average for 2nd quarter was 48.4%, which was 1.5 lower than same time last year. Here's the full article: https://www.bizjournals.com/dallas/news/2017/09/14/dallas-among-worst-cities-for-home-flipping-report.html For DFW flippers (and others), how accurate is this report? Are you averaging better or worse? Who's beating the national average?
