7 Plex in Utah.. financing

I have a 7 plex in Utah under contract and in the process of rehab.. should be done by Jan 1st.. THEN I need to finance it as currently it is owner finance and my rehab money.. what is the best financing and where? I have never done anything bigger then a SFR or a Duplex so this one is new to me.. looking to the experts for advice? thoughts?

I'm doing something very similar in Kansas City and am doing a cash-out refi with a local community bank. I would put together your numbers and photos and go down to banks in the area and speak with them. If you can get a referral-even better. Good luck!
