Many agents are lazy and do not take the time to add photos that illustrate unique characteristics, incorrectly add the unit numbers, bedroom count, or fail to verify the square footage that could be greater than the public records the MLS autopopulates. 4, Many MLS properties are listed under the incorrect categories (multi-family under the residential section, multi-family under commercial etc.). 

I don’t mind paying $2k per month for family health care.

Hi Jane, I am an out of state investor based in Northern Virginia and primarily buy Multi family and Single Family Homes in Cleveland.

My first and only market as a newbie was Cincinnati but I’m no longer interested after a site visit.Best part - abundant multi-family properties to invest in and you can even get decent cash flow, depending on the area.

Should i ask them both to leave and look for other family?

He is on the super lawyer list and has consulted my family for years on very complicated rental developments.
