Hey everyone, I’m new to this platform. I first learned about real estate investing about 3 years ago. Around that time I had just sold my landscaping company. I quickly got my license and worked residential for 2 years. I did okay but wasn’t fully committed. I got into a boat load of debt at a multifamily conference where I learned about the fascinating idea of syndication. I did learn a lot and was inspired, but rubber hit the road and I ran flat *** out of money. I left the industry to pursue a career in wholesale electrical sales and am now a project manager at Summit Electric Supply. I recently had a baby girl and am extremely anxious about getting stuck in the rat race and not providing the life she deserves. I know real estate investing is my way out and up. More driven than ever I am eager to build connections and add value to all the members here and in my community. I’d love to chat with anybody like minded or meet up if you’re in the Spring/Woodlands area.

Where I’m at currently I won’t be of much use as far as capital goes, but I am a grinder and would love to help any way I can.

I guess I’ll leave off with a couple quotes I enjoy.

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the levels of your systems”

“Man conquers the world by conquering himself.”

and “Man in the Arena”

🍻
