Thank you for entertaining my first post. I'm looking for someone who is knowledgeable about San Francisco rental laws. Specifically, I'd like to consult someone during a change in tenancy to make sure our contracts and everything is up-to-date. I'm specifically looking for someone well versed in San Francisco laws as there have been numerous intricacies over the years. Thank you in advance for your recommendations!
