Question: how did you structure these deals as to cover your investment in case a seller changed their mind?

I am changing the mailing address of my LLC.  

I shop around annually and find even the same companies can change significantly in a year.

LoL However, what I found is that I could not find one that worked fast enough and understood the concepts of investing to help me.

The great majority of our community owner clients are using related finance companies as a tool to buy low occupancy communities and fill and modernize them thus making major changes in the values of the communities they acquire.I wonder how he intends to do it?
