@John Teachout  I know exactly what you mean, I have come across a few properties and they don't care they just want to lose the property - doesn't make any sense to me, maybe if they say no, have to keep calling back, I don't mean in an annoying sort of way, but like once every month, maybe after like 5 no's then really mark as dead lead.
