Advice Whether I should Sell or Rent out

Hello All,

I have been living in my small 2 family house for a few years and am now moving.  The renting market is great, I'm just outside the city and it would cash flow a good amount per year. But, if I sell now I could walk away with what would take me about 14 years to make in rental income.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
