What’s keeping people from pulling the trigger?

I think fear is what keeps many people from starting. I'm in the process of creating a guide to help people better overcome their fears. Below are what I think are the most common fears.

  1. Don’t know where to start

  2. Losing money

  3. Follow bad pieces of advice

  4. Marking bad decisions

  5. The mass of conflicting information

  6. Buying a bad property

Do you agree that fear is the problem? If you do, what other fears should I include? If not, what is keeping people from acting?

I appreciate your help.

I think it's fear and incorrect action (i.e. over-reading and listening vs analyzing real opportunities).  I'm an avid book and podcast listener but analyzing 50-100 real opportunities is a much better training ground to learn the business and the market.
