One issue that I found with these programs that provide access to national databases is that when analyzing deals for non-disclosure states, the data is inaccurate as they pull data from public records.as an example lets say the ARV is $100K, but the owners when they purchased the house put $30K down and have a note for $70K.These type of programs when running comps tells you the comp is $70K instead of $100K, so ARV will be misleading.On the other hand, if you are in a disclosure state, the date is accurate

In addition, there is no central database or whitelist that carriers can cross-reference to determine which calls are "known-good" or non-spam numbers.
