I wrote a similar letter to the Treasury Dept. when the "toxic assets" where to be auction thru the TARP platform w/o inclusion of small and disadvantaged businesses.If you agree,  let's see if we can do this.

I know some auction platforms only allow the banks to participate (auction.com) and I think it sometimes artificially inflates the price because Joe Homeowner cannot sell his home on the most popular online auction platform but his bank can if he decides to walk away from his mortgage.  

have you looked at www.rentalutions.com/  maybe they can work with you on a larger platform.

I can see it in bigger dollar markets, where the end user is in the several hundred thousand dollar range, a lot of the Valley is sub  $100K (I listed foreclosures in Fond du Lac and surrounding for 10 years)  You have a REIA in the area, maybe check them out, but every one i have looked at, is a platform for bottom feeders to sell wholesale deals to Newbies, and yes it works out sometimes, but be careful.  

This allows each wire to have a dedicated run from the panel to the outlet (no buried cable splitters).  

Super easy to reach out to, should you need anything.Also, for options, there are loads of crowdsourcing platforms that are pretty good these days.
