FNMA  is conducting a auction this and in the next couple weeks for NPNs. I am writing my representative indicated that small businesses and other disadvantaged businesses were not included in this or previous sales.

I don't know if a web survey (to automate the process) can be used for this purpose, but I would like to write a group letter to congress that we can be heard en masse. (hmmm... BP  just passed 500K was it)?

It ticks me off that this continues to happen. I wrote a similar letter to the Treasury Dept. when the "toxic assets" where to be auction thru the TARP platform w/o inclusion of small and disadvantaged businesses.

If you agree,  let's see if we can do this.
