Hello - I'm a RE investor who has purchased / sold 10 SFH and currently renting 6 of them. I have treated this as more of a hobby over the past 20 years. There is great cash flow and some properties are debt free. I've done significant rehab projects in the past ( almost finished with a major rehab on my personal residence).

However, I'm still relying on being employed - so I'm looking for strategies for making that successful transition from the j.o.b to full time RE investing.  I just found this great on line community and think this is a great time to push this thing forward (hopefully with a little help).

Thanks.

Welcome to BP @Christopher Lang! Nice to have more Clevelanders here on the site. I made the jump to full-time January 1 of this year and not looking back. It's tremendously grown my business by focusing on it full-time. I encourage you to get comfortable with the notion of taking the leap.
