Hello everybody!

Eric here! I am a current college student looking to broaden my knowledge on real estate investment! Specifically wholesaling and handyman flipping. I am eager and looking forward to closing my first deal within the next 6-12 months. I am a newb but I am dedicated to becoming a master within this industry. I'd like to start of with residential then one day move on over to commercial. My end goal is to one day start my own Real Estate Development Company with the sole purpose to provide a comprehensive full service approach to commercial/residential real estate. Leasing, construction, etc. I have a lot to learn and I would greatly appreciate some advice and guidance.
