At some point, the stock market will correct itself - can’t keep growing at current pace forever.

(If you can do that, that's great, too, but what I see with some of our buyers is that they get caught up in finding "the best deal" and take forever to buy when they could keep it relatively simple, start making some money, getting some hands-on experience with landlording, and storing up those savings for the next property.I wish you luck!

The only reason to cash out now would be to qualify for a big loan for a nice big forever home in Kingston. 

It took forever and they are just god-awful to work with, but eventually it got done and I don't know of anyone else that offers them. 

It isn't something you'll probably want to do forever (eventually everyone wants their own space usually) but its great to get things rolling for minimal cash. 

This was and will forever be my biggest stepping stone into real estate and I am forever grateful for MAX.BUT, more importantly it gave me a track record to go out to other professionals and show them hey, I can do this, I have done this and I have more opportunities if you want to get involved.

You only need to learn it once and then you have it forever.

We can sit here and talk strategy and goals and all for ever and get you all excited about it, but if we get you set on a strategy and a purchase and then you go and get preapproved and find out it's not going to happen, we just wasted all that time and got your excitement up for no reason.

I think the other issues is how do you actually refi them.. you would need some pretty unique financing situations.. the bigger portfolio lenders want to do 500 to 1 mil at a time and they take forever with deep complicated head scratching underwriting you up on on your 10 loans pretty quick for the easy loans  then what.  ??
