House hacking in Nashville
Hi im saving up $25,000 for my first house hack. I would like to hack a multifamily property but im not seeing many in my area. its mostly single family properties. what I was thinking about doing is if I couldn't find I multifamily house I was gunna get a single family and rent by the room. I saw a bigger pockets video talking about the different was to house hack and one trategy was get a camper and live in that while you rent all the rooms. my problem is campers are really expensive!!! the guy in the video said $1,500 for one but all I see are $10k and up. Any advice ??

My first investment property was a house hack in Southeast Nashville and it was a big success. From the staying in the camper standpoint, I considered that too, but in Nashville most places don't allow a camper and / or they don't have enough space to keep one.
