Back on BP w/ more education, a stronger mindset, and a desire to grow with others!
Hey Everyone!
My name is Justin and I’ve been around this crazy world of real estate for a whopping 4 years (full time 2 of the last 4 years) and I’ve completed 20+ deals ranging from flips, Sub2s, wholesales, seller finance, BRRRRs, JVs, etc. and that means two things. I know A LOT about real estate and I also know nothing about real estate…
An old colleague (from a call center job) and I started wholesaling at the end of 2018 and had a few success stories in our first year of business before my wife and I decided we would move to Colorado and become the next big real estate thing without that partner. We bought 1 more house, spent $30k on 'startup' costs/courses/marketing material, went through 5 employees, and inevitably crashed within our first year around Feb. 2020. Pretty solid huh? Lol!
Shifting back to working full time jobs and doing real estate extremely part time through late 2020 and early 21’ I knew immediately that I did NOT want to work for someone else ever again and I had to escape this. Thus began my journey to network network network and figure out how I can add value to others in exchange for doing deals….that’s where I met…well let’s call him MAX. MAX had a ton of real estate experience, well funded, and a solid team but needed someone willing to bring him deals and do the ground work. Pick me, pick me, pick me!!!!!! I started thinking if he gave me a chance I would run with it and sure enough we did half a dozen deals together over the next few months with him providing 100% capital, an experience 'hotline' attached to my time commitment, project management and deal flow. This was and will forever be my biggest stepping stone into real estate and I am forever grateful for MAX.
BUT, more importantly it gave me a track record to go out to other professionals and show them hey, I can do this, I have done this and I have more opportunities if you want to get involved. You could say this worked pretty well...From there we tacked on another 15 deals in the next 18 months and we have ZERO intention on slowing down.
Fast forward to today and we have a full affiliate program that helps us connect with and make deals happen outside of just buying and selling real estate (ask me how if ya want to know more, <- that’s my sales plug ha) with anyone who desires a better life. My wife manages all our financials and bookkeeping so I can focus on project management, raising capital, and sales. We are scaling our sales team and trying to push our marketing from all ends.
The next step in that plan is to go back to what worked from the beginning but BIGGER. What does that mean? It means to work with more of YOU and that’s my goal with this post. I am not sure how I can add value to you but all I ask is that we get the chance to talk it through and see where we can help. I do not ask or wish to be paid for anything but just the opportunity to get to know you and see if we can improve your life with our professional real estate services.
