$50k will do a lot of work on a house that size and it seems like it would make a solid rental if you could be all in for under $100k.Don't flush it down the toilet yet, do some more detailed analysis and get some more accurate numbers for the rehab before bailing.Did you see the inside of the property before purchasing it?
