Invest in storage units, Good idea bad idea
I’ve been thinking about looking into investing in storage unit maybe start off small I live in South Florida anybody has any advice

Storage is a very good space and have less issues to deal with from a maintenance and CAPX standpoint compared to other types of assets. It is a retail business so you need to study up on the space and understand all the KPIs and metrics of the business and how to add value and increase income.
