In this way I have also generated both buyer and seller leads as those who own eventually want to sell, those who rent often end up wanting to buy, and I've been there in a totally noninvasive way helping them both achieve their needs, so I am a shoe-in as their agent.In Arizona, there is a form (available at your brokerage, zip forms, etc) which affords you the expressed right to collect a commission if you are the procuring cause of the tenant moving into a property.

I currently own a condo in Sandy Springs which currently has one room being rented out while the other is occupied by my brother.Although I plan on this being another source of income for myself to achieve financial freedom. 

You may need more than one type of incorporation strategy to achieve these results.

This can be achieved by increasing revenue OR decreasing expenses. 

If you look at comps for the past year, it seems you cannot get into Silver Lake/ Echo Park for under $750,000, unless property needs over $200,000 of capital to achieve market rents (only a few of those seem to have sold).

Not sure if you can achieve that in AZ, much easier to achieve in OH, IN, KY, MO, etc.  

As great as reading book, watching videos, or listening to podcasts can be, I would like to have some personal interaction with like minded individuals who can help me achieve success and hopefully I will be able to help as well.  

One would think that someone who had achieved success from the course after spending thousands would have been happy to respond.I just think they are cashing in to make their own deals.You want to have your money to make your deals.
