First Deal Complete Jacksonville FL

Hey BP friends,

We just finished our first home under Wynn Investment Team LLC!!

Paid 25,500 for house, Rehab was 32,000, all in for 57,500. ARV$100k (just got appraised). Refied at 75% LTV. Still have 25% equity left on the table when we sell. Going to rent it for 870$, will cashflow 310$ a month.

Thanks for all the help and support, without BP i would still be stuck in the analysis paralysis phase.

Actively looking for the next deal. Also looking for a lender to help scale.

Hello @Dan Wynn,

Congrats on your first Fix and Flip.

From my understanding, the Jacksonville area is great for rental properties.  The military base and industry growth is vital to acquiring good tenants and positive cash flow. Keep us posted about your success - we enjoy reading achievement stories.
