Also, an outdoor kitchen, propane fueled 4 burner unit with a bar, counter, mini coolers, grill etc...There are more, but you get the idea.Obviously I can put them all on Craigslist and sell them, but that would require me to go through the trouble of finding out the brand/model number, how much it was when new, if it's fully functional or not, and show it, negotiate etc...Are there other alternatives?

Our house is pretty rural and there is really only one restaurant and another that seems to change names and ownership yearly to eat out.Everyone cooks in our kitchen and grill on the deck daily.

A recliner or two, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, smart HDTV mounted on the wall, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, fridge, stove, dishwasher (optional), toaster over, microwave, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, trash cans and bags, bed with pillows and linens, towels, night stand, smaller HDTV or old style tv, towels, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, spare light bulbs, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, blue ray player with xxx movies (optional), cable and internet services, gas or charcoal grill with appropriate fuel, toilet plunger, mouse traps.

Since my latest acquisition was 3 miles away from my previous primary residence, I was asked by the selling agent representing Bank of America, and grilled a few times by the underwriter at Wells Fargo who I got the home loan from about making sure I was going to use this as my primary residence, I had to sign affidavits for both banks stating it was going to be my primary residence.

I have that as well as a few other common sense rules - like don't throw cigarette butts on the ground, grills/BBQs can't be used inside, etc -- the lease is a bit lengthy, but I feel having some of these stated is required.

We got a limo-van tour of 3 properties, we had snacks and some class time at Phil’s mansion, we got hotel food in a private meeting room, and we got a steak dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse and Grill.

Florida law also says there cannot be evidence of anyone living there, such as fresh food etc (utilities are a "grey area")I have done this once before with furniture, a gas grill etc. but I would be concerned with the motorcycle.
