Pro tip--make sure your exhaust fan in the bathroom is vented to the atmosphere--meaning out to the outside.....go out the roof or out the side of the unit or secured to an opening in a soffit vent grille off the house.

In the very beginning of the flip I would buy everyone food at lunch, I would cook on the grill for the crew and buy beers.

We do have plans to add a 'park style' grill, picnic table, maybe a few fire rings to make for more sites, but still aiming to keep it simple and cheap.
