Furnished Rentals-Collaborate to form a Master Item List?

Question

Hi all,

I am in the process of furnishing my first rental and boy is it a lot to think about! I am currently compiling a list of items that need to be purchased (primarily looking at Ikea, Amazon and Costco). Does anyone have access to a list of items that are needed to furnish a rental/ know where I can find one? I am currently compiling one but I always feel like I'll forget something, and the best way to mitigate that is to collaborate with others. I'm happy to share my list once it is finished. I am creating a tracker that price compares between stores, with the URLs to easily access/view the item online.

@Shiv Gettu the blogger & podcaster, Paula Pant (Afford Anything) actually did a pretty good job of listing items on her blog a couple years ago. You might look for that... and my pet peeve wherever i stay is no suitable reading light next to the bed that i can reach without getting up

I created this exhaustive list a couple of years ago before we actually had STR's.  It's still a pretty good list, but I've definitely added a few things along the way that are not on this list.  It's in PDF form.  If it doesn't show up when I post it, I will turn it into a JPG.

A recliner or two, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, smart HDTV mounted on the wall, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, fridge, stove, dishwasher (optional), toaster over, microwave, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, trash cans and bags, bed with pillows and linens, towels, night stand, smaller HDTV or old style tv, towels, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, spare light bulbs, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, blue ray player with xxx movies (optional), cable and internet services, gas or charcoal grill with appropriate fuel, toilet plunger, mouse traps. Optional: fire pit, horse shoe pit, archery range, shooting range, fishing pond, electronic darts, poker table, pool table, used bicycles, fishing rods and tackle, exercise equipment, kegorator, pellet gun, spices for cooking, disposable plates and utensils.

I have all the above, not in every house but when you combine all the houses I have all that and more.

It is a lot.

Here is some items:

Furniture and stuff to hang on wall

End tables and lamps

Sheets, mattress and  pillow protectors, flatware, knvives, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, paper products like TP and paper towels, towels, washer and dryer is good to have.

Internet and cable or Satellite plus nice TV, or more than one?

Coffee maker and coffe.

Door mats, are rugs, grill.

Toaster

Bowls for mixing and storing in fridge, casserole dish, pizza pan

Cake pans?

That should be a good start.
